Eternal's care model was built on something genuinely special: a team of health coaches, performance coaches, doctors, and specialists reviewing each member's data together and delivering deeply personal guidance. It worked beautifully, but was costly to scale.

In talking with members who have gone through other programs, we learned that simply delivering them a written report with potentially hundreds of biomarkers left them feeling confused and lost.


What did seem to resonate was when a care team doctor or coach walked them through their report and what to do next. It allowed them to cut through a lot of the noise from the data and land on actionable takeaways quickly.


With that in mind, we started developing Eternal Intelligence — an AI system that powers chat, AI-led coaching calls, and personalized podcast episodes that talk members through their own reports. Working closely with our PM, CEO, and care team, I helped shape how AI surfaced each member's history and context into something that felt less like a dashboard and more like guidance.
