Eternal Reports

Most health diagnostics stop at the surface — a blood panel here, a DEXA scan there — with results delivered as raw numbers or dense summaries with little sense of what to do next. Eternal's assessment was built to change that. Designed by a care team of coaches, doctors, and health specialists, it was meant to give members the most complete picture of their health, fitness, and resilience to aging.

I led the end-to-end experience across three surfaces: the admin-facing booking flow, an iPad app for coaches to run the assessment inside Eternal's centers, and the digital report that brought it all together. The report provided a few different "lenses" to help members interpret the data: biomarker history, performance benchmarks, clinical notes, video summaries, and later, AI-generated podcasts.

The lessons from this project became the direct foundation for Eternal Intelligence.
